RTL Preset cursor should be at the right

If RTL is defined as default which means in "Text style Presets" window, Hebrew or Arabic is defined as default preset (the small d above the preset name), than the cursor and the header folding dots should be aligned to the right.

At the moment the cursor is aligned to the left, and when you start typing it goes to the right.

Please notice that when you start typing a list, the number at first appears to the left and when you proceed typing than it jumps to the right, it should be aligned to the right from the very start.

Please allow me to thank you for all the RTL fixes in that last updates, and keep on doing this awesome job!!!
